Auntie Belham's is a Property Management Company with units in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Wears Valley, etc. We are hiring a Full & Part Time, Year-Round Maintenance Technician. Auntie Belham's has always been and continues to be Family owned & operated. We opened our doors almost 30 years ago; making us one of the earliest, most experienced & longest running Property Management companies in Sevier County. Every employee has been with the company at least 2 years and half of the staff has 10 years or more. We're looking for the perfect persons to join our Team! Every Department comes together as a whole to give our guests the BEST Smokies Experience! We prefer previous Maintenance Experience but finding the right person for the job is MOST important. General understanding of Sevier County areas, addresses & roads is also preferred.

Basic knowledge of General Maintenance is required. Person will be responsible for performing maintenance service at rental properties. Repairs will be in all areas of maintenance; electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, etc. Knowledge of & ability to troubleshoot electronics (TV, internet, home theaters, etc), hot tubs & jacuzzi's is a plus. Maintenance is assigned work orders and is responsible for completing them correctly and in a timely manner. Must be able to multi-task and keep a level head with any & all issues that arise. This position is evenings & weekends (1-9pm, great opportunity as a part-time / second job). Please DO NOT apply if you cannot work evenings & weekends.

Primary job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide quality customer service to Guests and Homeowners
- Evaluate & complete work orders in a timely manner
- Ability to answer easy / difficult questions while ALWAYS wearing a smile
- Maintain current knowledge of all rental units and their surrounding areas

MUST...
- be comfortable speaking with a Guest / Homeowner
- be available for any shift, any day. Position is for evenings & weekends (typically
1-9pm) but may have to switch occasionally. Please DO NOT apply if you want to
work Day Shift & have Weekends off, that is NOT this job. We do have a set
schedule nonetheless it may change if / when necessary
- be able to start IMMEDIATELY, within the week
- have Valid Tennessee Driver’s License with Good Driving Record. Have reliable
transportation to get to work. Company vehicle provided for job.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
