We are currently seeking a Property Manager with proven skills for the apartment community, McMurray Apartments, located in Nashville, TN.

• A general knowledge of apartment operations is required.
• Perform excellent customer service and ensure tenants are enjoying their stay.
• Coordinate and ensure the collection of rent each month.
• Answer leasing inquiries
• Coordinate the move in and move out of tenants.
• Log maintenance requests from tenants
• Document events on and around the property.
• Monitor condition of the property
• Assist pest control and other vendors around property
• Collect vending and maintain laundry facilities
• Coordinate with maintenance department to follow through on requests.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a high school diploma/equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Must be well versed in Fair Housing rules & regulations.
• Must understand Tennessee Tenant-Landlord rules & regulations
• Smart Phone

Business Hours: M-F 8:00-4:30, 8-12 first Saturday of the month.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience. This is a non-commission salaried position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
