Eagleview Capital, a multifamily apartment property owner and operator of both Conventional and Tax Credit Multifamily Properties, is seeking an experienced Property Manager in Hartville, SC. This job description is intended to provide you with a guide as to your primary responsibilities and duties as the Property Manager on a day-to-day basis.

Under the direction of the Regional Property Manager you are responsible for the leasing and general property management. Your normal duties and responsibilities include, but are not necessarily limited to the following:

· Managing and maintaining staff, sand ensuring management expectations are met

· Meeting occupancy goals and managing any vacancies

· Monitoring success of leasing specials and incentives and suggesting informed changes as necessary

· Implementing a plan for resident retention based on market demands and practical experience

· Analyzing signage for appearance and effectiveness, suggesting informed changes or additions as necessary

· Establishing a positive relationship with residents by providing optimal customer service

· Taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, showing model apartments, and executing lease agreements

· Monitor and inspect property grounds, delegating tasks to address any issues as necessary

· Managing and updating advertising on various platforms

· Preparing weekly and monthly reports or as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
