Job description

We are currently in search of a full-time experienced Property Manager for one 32 unit Rural Development properties in Hohenwald, TN and one 44 unit Rural Development in Centerville, TN. The qualified candidate will have at least 3 years of Property Management experience, preferably in an apartment setting and be able to pass our background screening. This is a full time at 40 hours per week and paid time off and paid holidays. Rural Development experience preferred but not required. All qualified applications will be contacted for interviews.
