As a Property Manager / Broker, you are the go-to person for both owners and tenants, and you thrive on seeing that everyone's needs are met. Each day, your keen organizational skills are put to use as you attend to emails, phone calls, and frequent face-to-face meetings. Buildium is also an essential tool in your kit as you ensure that the properties are occupied, the rent is collected, and any maintenance concerns are resolved.

At times, urgent matters arise after regular working hours that need your attention. Your understanding and empathy shine through as you quickly identify a solution that's agreeable to both owner and tenant. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PROPERTY MANAGER / BROKER

• Bachelor's degree OR equivalent
• Licensed broker in the state of NC
• 3+ years of experience
• Experience with Buildium
