Property Manager (Hilliard Area)

Property Management Company seeking an outgoing, self-motivated individual for a full-time Property Manager for multiple properties in the Hilliard area. The hours are Tuesday through Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Salary plus commissions and monthly bonuses.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures properties are leased. Showing apartments, processing applications and preparing all materials necessary for move in.

• Post, collect, track and manage delinquency of rental and other income.

• Ensure desired resident renewals are being captured and processed.

• Provide excellent customer relations with current residents.
• Ensures property marketing is current, accurate, relevant and at its greatest effect.
• Ensures exterior property is well maintained.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
