Control your Pay and your schedule
Our salary positions are created upon a Tier system. Basically, you decide how many hours you want to work or how much money you want to make, and you aim for the Tier Level which matches your goals. Want to make more money? No more guessing when you'll get your next raise, simply look at the next Tier and you'll know what you need to do to make it happen. Want to work only 24 hours a week? You won't have to guess your pay - simply look at the Tier for 24 hours a week. You're in control.
Work when you want...
To allow our Psychologists the greatest degree of scheduling flexibility, we allow you to choose your own hours. Our offices are open Monday-Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday 9am-3pm. You get to choose your hours from the available hours. (For quality client care, your hours will need to stay consistent).
QUALIFICATIONS
- PsyD or PhD (pre-graduated students may submit a resume and a letter detailing their desired work opportunity as well as their projected graduation timeline)
- Utah Professional License (preferred)
REQUIREMENTS
- Must work onsite in Utah (may occasionally see telehealth clients, but the majority will be in person)
- Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver license
- Preferred: willing to do some travel to complete psychological testing
- Willingness to split the work week between the Orem clinic and the Salt Lake City clinic is preferred, but not required (meaning, you would work 1 day at 1 location, and then another day at the other, etc...)
SCOPE OF WORK AT EXPERIENCE MENTAL WELLNESS, LLC
We are an integrative agency: meaning our providers use the scientifically-founded treatment methods they feel are right for each individual client. Many of our therapists have embraced the use of Experiential and Nature therapies. Ever dream of taking therapy outdoors? At Experience Mental Wellness, LLC you can quit dreaming about it, and actually do it. Aren’t trained in these types of therapies? No problem, we offer frequent trainings and are always providing our therapists with the science behind every modality. But of course, we won't force you to implement these modalities.
- Conduct therapy sessions
- Complete all needed session notes
- Administer a minimum of 4 psychological assessments per month (training is available if needed)
- As you reach higher Tiers you may be asked to supervise other therapists
