More Information about this Job:
The Crisis Driver will contribute to the profitable growth of ComTrans by providing a high level of customer service through responsiveness, timeliness and client safety.

This position provides transportation services to behavioral health care patients from their homes, hospitals and other various locations. Drivers are responsible for maintaining accurate and complete paperwork.

In addition, drivers are responsible for the care of ComTrans property (includes radio, map books, car seats, vehicles, etc.). ComTrans is a safety sensitive company. Job description(s) are subject to change based on business necessity EMPLOYEE STATUS: Regular: Full-time; hourly/non-exempt position.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School Graduate or equivalent-preferred but not required, EMT or CNA a plus
Age: All ComTrans employees must be at least 18 years old, all driving positions are required to be at least 21 years old as required by insurance. Exceptions may be made for
non-driving positions on a case-by-case basis and dependent upon the position and its responsibilities.

Experience:
Background in EMS or Behavioral Health a plus
Licensing/Registration/Certification
Valid Arizona driver's license.
Approved by our insurance company as a driver.
Certification in at least one of the following preferred: Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Caregiver Certification.

Company Provided Training/Certifications
Have or be able to obtain a level one fingerprint clearance card
First Aid/CPR
Crisis Prevention and Intervention.
Complete ComTrans Driver Certification Training Program
