Job description
Overview:
- Assign court time and handling of cash receipts and assist with program registrations.
- Assign courts to players for open time, donated courts, private & group lessons in computerized reservation system as well as assisting patrons with program registrations and program offerings.
- Assist in answering general phone inquiries regarding reservations, prices & information and program offerings.
- Properly account for any money transactions during shift.
- Operate light panels for indoor / outdoor courts and monitor usage.
- Monitor court time
- Serve as information center for patrons providing them with pertinent information and changes regarding procedures and registration for tennis programs.
- Collect monies and record same for open time and teaching programs.
- Monitor locker room operations on nights / weekends, as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned by Front Desk Manager.
- Excellent guest service skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Project a professional company image through phone and in – person interaction.
- Computer proficiency. Able to learn new programs
- This position is designated as "on-site" and requires the employee to be at the office site to complete the required tasks associated with the position
