Well Pump Technician

The Well Pump Technician will install, service, and troubleshoot pressure tanks, booster pumps, submersible pumps, control panels, pump savers, and constant pressure systems. The positions will also install and service various types of wastewater systems. Qualified candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in the well water industry.

Job Type:

- Full-time with overtime availability

Responsibilities:

- Install and service pump systems

- Install and service wastewater systems

- Maintain daily work reports

- Check and maintain equipment in good and safe repair

- Maintain apositive relationship with clients

- Complete invoices and collect payments from customers

- Complete other duties and projects as assigned

Applicants Must:

- Have a valid driver’s license

- Be comfortable working outside in all conditions

- Be able to perform the following physical requirements frequently:

o Seeing: Must be able to read documents and align truck in mirrors with proper distances.

o Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with internal and external customers.

o Standing/sitting/walking/climbing/stooping/kneeling/lifting/pulling/pushing

o Grasping/mobility of hands and fingers: must be able to twist/turn and write.

- Must be able to lift 65 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

• Yakima, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CDL (Preferred)
• Electrician Apprentice (Preferred)

• 03 Pump and Installer or Journeyman Electrician License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
