Our small business is located in Pleasant Grove, UT. We are biased - but we believe we are a pretty great company to work for. 1. Our office is located in the heart of PG. You have access to several fast food chains, grocery stores and gas stations.

2. The work place has a fun, fresh and exciting dynamic. We have great sales teams, field crews, shop mechanics and of course our office admin is amazing and easy to work with.

3. If you like to par-tay then you'll like it here. Our Office Manager has a bachelor's degree in Recreation Management and knows how to throw a successful shindig. We enjoy having our employees bond over delicious food like Jimmy Johns and fresh BBQ'd burgers and taters. Our holiday party is a must come as we celebrate Christmas with our team and their plus one at Top Golf. We like to hit Wasatch Wing and Clay in the fall for a wicked game of Annie Oakley for glory and prizes.

4. We are easy to please. Show up on time, work hard and complete your tasks. That's all we ask. No micromanaging around this neck of the woods.

5. We're growing bigger and bigger. Rhino Pumps started 9 years ago and has continued to double our workload each advancing year. With this growth, there is an opportunity for you to grow with our company as well.

6. We aren't big on stress. While we expect you to work efficiently and get things done, we focus on open communication and training so that things are done right the first time.

Now, let's talk about the job requirements:

1. You need to be the type of person that gets the job done. We just ask that you show up and work your tail off till the job's complete. Sometimes overtime happens, but the pay is good. You'll receive time+half after you complete your 80 hours per pay period which is bi-weekly.

2. This is a new position that we would like to fill at Rhino. You will be helping both the shop and field gather supplies and ordered parts that are needed for field work and in shop repairs. This will require you to track ship dates on purchase order and recieve all packages to their correct jobs.

3. You will need to be able to communicate with vendors to get ship and arrival dates. Basic computer skills are necessary to navigate in our software to receive orders and alert the estimators when all items are here and repairs can begin.

Now, let's talk money:

Let's be honest, we all work to pay the bills and afford our hobbies and toys. This job will pay according to your experience and what you can bring to the table. The range varies from $18-$25/hr. which can be discussed during your interview depending on your experience.

In short, your job is to ease the burden on the estimators. You'll track an estimated date for all supplies to be in our shop as well as "hunt and gather" all the goods for each job.
