EZ Living Furniture was founded in Galway in 1998. We are a family run Irish retailer with stores operating nationwide, as well as a full online shopping experience offering delivery throughout Ireland. We are the largest Furniture Retailer in Ireland employing over 300 people.

EZ Living Furniture are looking for the right candidate to join our dynamic team, working as purchasing analyst/administrator, supporting the Purchasing Team from our Head Office in Galway. The suitable candidate must have previous purchasing experience ,displaying an ability to analyse data to determine the correct purchasing requirements of an ever changing retail landscape. Demonstrate exceptionally strong organisational and problem solving skills. They will also be self-motivated, with an ability to multi-task. A flexible approach and commitment to ensuring the smooth running of the daily operations of the Company is of utmost importance.

Working with Management, this role will deal with highly confidential information and so, the successful candidate will be required to demonstrate discretion in their duties.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• 
  Purchasing administration.
• Processing Purchase orders
• Monitoring supplier performance.
• Liaising with suppliers, ensuring that all shipments are shipped on time.
• Setting up new items on the system and updating the company database records on pricing, lead times, etc.
• Working proactively with all departments in the company to help maintain an efficient supply chain.

Skills & Qualifications:



• Previous experience in a Purchasing admin role 1/2 years.
• Attention to detail
• Comfortable working on ones own initiative.
• Excellent numerical and administrative skills for accurate order processing and data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
• Ability to handle information in a professional manner and with appropriate discretion
• Good communication skills.
