1. Support of routine operations:
a. Work closely with all senior leaders to ensure work practices and targets are achieved in line with the business targets and objectives.
b. Responsible for raw materials testing, method verification, and method transfer for both internal and external testing, as required
c. Management of raw materials QC instruments and equipment as required.
d. Communicate, collaborate, and cooperate with QC functional teams and other departments to support greenfield start up and routine operations.
e. Ensure the tasks associated with the start-up and routine operations applicable to the role are carried out in a safe manner
f. Will be flexible to take on additional tasks and responsibilities at the discretion of the QC Site Lead.
g. Will act as a role model for the QC function and the wider organisation in adherence to the Zoetis corporate core values and local site shared commitments/behaviours.

a. Represent Raw Materials teams in regulatory inspections and internal audits
b. Thorough understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices
c. Introduce new technologies and seek opportunities for continuous process improvements/improved operational excellence

3. Technical Support:
a. The role will require extensive liaison with counterparts and business leaders in Zoetis corporate to include the highest level of professional representation of the local site QC organization.
b. Raw materials sample management, including sampling, sample log-in and disposition, routine inventory checks of regulatory retention samples
c. Author technical documents, including relevant SOPs, testing protocols and reports, raw materials specifications, raw materials expiries.
d. Serve as a technical lead in applicable investigations, deviations, change controls, and CAPAs associated with Raw Materials
e. Enhance collaborations by sharing knowledge and experiences across Zoetis global sites.
f. Interpret, oversee, and assure the implementation of corporate global policies, site and business specific guidelines and SOPs within the site QC function
