This position is for our second shift 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Responsibilities and Duties:

• The Inspector must understand the functions and use of all Quality Control related tasks, equipment, and specifications to provide the highest level of Quality Assurance that is vital to E.P.S.I. shift-to-shift operations.
• Works under the direct supervision of the Quality Manager.
• On time and ready to perform job responsibilities.
• Follows written procedures and directions.
• Understands E.P.S.I. Shop Traveler and Sample Plan.
• Able to perform daily solution analysis using X-Rays.
• Understands how to set up and operate counting scales, solder pots and ovens.
• Understands and is able to review all planning such as Shop Travels, Purchase Orders and Blue Prints to assure compliance at all times.
• Able to train all new Quality personnel on day-to-day functions, Mil-Specs and Customer Specifications.
• Understands how to document all testing performed in the day-to-day operations.
• Able to use microscope.
• Able to use all required hand tools, micrometer, caliper, and gages.
• Exhibits complete understanding of Mil-Specs, Customer Specs and requirements.
• Reports to the Material Review Board to discuss any material discrepancies as required.
• Able to assist the Quality Manager on all projects such as PPAP, or Production Qualifications.
• Able to work all shifts if required to do so at any time.
• Able to assist the Quality Manager on customer correspondence, phone calls and discrepancies.
• Maintains all required inventory at all times.
• Understands and follows all safety training procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.75 - $19.00 per hour
