Wincom, Inc. is a manufacturer and distributor of chemical additives used in engine coolants, industrial water treatment, metal working fluids, lubricants, cleaners and corrosion protection products.

Wincom, Inc. is actively seeking to fill the below full-time position.

POSITION AVAILABLE:

• Laboratory Technician

LOCATION: Blue Ash, OH

SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES

The chief responsibility for this job holder is to complete the day to day responsibilities listed below as well as any projects outlined by their supervisor or manager.

• Quality testing of production samples within the Q/C and/or research laboratories.
• Input and reporting of Q/C data for tested products.
• Qualification of raw materials and toll manufactured products.
• Ordering QC laboratory supplies and record updates.
• Updating the chemical inventory list for the Quality Control Laboratory.
• Responsible for the Q/C Lab calibrations and record keeping.
• Assists, but not solely responsible for the preparation of outgoing sample requests.
• Work with Research, Quality Control and Production on technical troubleshooting.
• Assists with the development of new production processes, while assisting with the creation of new SOP’s.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree preferred. Associates degree acceptable.

• 1-5 years experience within a laboratory setting.
• Hours of 7:30am – 4:00pm M-F.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
