Purpose of Role: The Quality/Lean Manager will be responsible for training, updating, and tracking the success of system implementation critical to the success of Rubber Engineering and will oversee the inspection and quality of new parts. They will be establishing, implementing, and maintaining best practice methods during all work-related requirements implementing changes to improve or correct the processes for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Focus Area: Lead Kaizen and SMED changeover event
- Focus Area: Participate in interdepartmental cooperation to assure the quality of manufacturing, inspection, and shipping processes

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
- Degree (Engineering)
- 5-10 years of relevant Quality/Lean experience
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards, Six Sigma, and Statistical Process Control
- Ability to lead and drive results with other departments that you are not directly responsible for.
