THE POSITION

Position Overview & Responsibilities

The Quality Performance Specialist will provide process, quality, reporting, and compliance between Protos, Vendors, and Clients. The Quality Compliance Specialist position will be involved in SLA, KPI, and contract compliance, ensuring process and control by engaging Sales, Service, Field Operations, Dispatch, Strategic Accounts Management, Vendors, and Vendor Management. The Quality Performance Specialist will be based in the Daleville Service Center office and will report to the Service Conversion Coordinator.

The Quality Compliance Specialist’s core responsibilities will include the following:

  • All functions, duties or tasks are to be carried out in an honest, ethical, and professional manner, and to be performed in conformance with applicable company policies and procedures.
  • Implements programs and initiatives as directed by the Service Conversion Coordinator or Vice President of Guarding Operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Client KPI’s and SLA’s through process, best practice, reporting, and engagement with Strategic Account Management, Service Account Management, Field Operations, Vendor Management, and Sales.
  • Monitor changes and report compliance of Contracts, KPI’s and SLA’s against established baselines.
  • Provide data management through tracking and reporting to ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Complete audits as directed or as necessary to meet requirements of continued compliance with contracts, policies, and regulations.
  • Provide data for all relevant investigations and support as directed or necessary.
  • Integrate with Vendor Management on all compliance efforts to conduct required services of each contract and client.
  • Additional duties as directed by Service Conversion Coordinator or Vice President of Guarding

Education, Skills, and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in portfolio management or compliance role, preferably in physical security or a related industry.
  • Previous experience working with regulatory agencies, key performance indicators, and service level agreements.
  • Methodical and systematic approach to work and the ability to apply logic to processes.
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) knowledge and ability to use Excel to provide reporting in various forms. Proficiency in data validation/sorting, formulas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong collaborative skills. • Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
  • Process driven, detailed oriented and highly organized.
  • Excellent time management and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Travel

Overnight travel may be required. Travel is expected to be less than 10%

Compensation

Compensation includes base salary and potential yearend bonus. The Company offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), PTO, etc.
