Main Responsibilities: Includes but not limited to

Work to improve quality, delivery, and cost.

Implement effective process changes based on customer feedback.

Follow PCDA cycle.

Create and maintain company documents in the form of Quality Manuals, workstation procedures and visual standards.

Lead plant meetings that promote growth in response in driving down internal and external defects.

Audit compliance on finished products and implement process corrective actions with manufacturing leadership.

Line and Process audits and spreadsheets

Review Quality Reports to drive Root Cause/ Corrective Actions into Preventative Actions with proficient read across to other facilities.

Monitor plant audits and ensure closure of findings in a timely manner.

Develop Control Plans and Operator check sheets for each new launch and existing process

Leads corrective action and continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with the company’s quality vision and strategy.

Record, analyze and distribute statistical information from defects in the system and audit / facilitate action plan.

Guide cross-functional teams to develop effective production processes.

Develops control and inspection plans for molding and secondary operations as well as incoming materials and components.

Audit the condition of molds and inform the mold maintenance supervisor on molds needing immediate attention.
