Recruitment Plus on behalf of our client is currently recruiting for Quality Technician basedCo Monaghan.

Requirements or Skills:

• Third level qualification in Quality is desirable
• Previous experience working in manufacturing company would is an advantage
• Proficient in Excel, experience using Sharepoint/Sage is desirable but not essential
• ISO 9001 awareness and understanding
• Attention to detail, high level of accuracy and conscientiousness
• Problem analysis and problem solving capabilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Implementation of Quality Process into the business
• Managing daily operations of the lab and performing physical testing on finished product
• Maintain up to date records/spreadsheets and create daily production report
• Conducting a review of batch manufacturing documentation relating to production
• Inspect and test product with precision measuring tools
• Identifying corrective actions & propose preventative actions
• Investigating and close out of deviations while working in close co-operation with other departments
• Managing Customer Complaints
• Being involved in the continuous improvement of Quality systems
• Operate Mayer Saw for production of quality processing samples
• Providing QA support to other departments
• Any other ad-hoc duties as deemed appropriate by Management
