Job Title: QuickBooks Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled QuickBooks Accountant to join our team and assist in reconciling our financial books. As our QuickBooks Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with all accounting regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly bank account reconciliations in QuickBooks
• Reconcile all credit card statements in QuickBooks
• Enter and reconcile all vendor invoices and payments in QuickBooks
• Enter and reconcile all customer invoices and payments in QuickBooks
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
• Prepare financial statements and reports as needed
• Assist with tax preparation and compliance
• Communicate regularly with the management team to ensure financial accuracy and transparency

Qualifications:

• Proficient in QuickBooks accounting software
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
