Serve as a facilitator for the 4-week, nationally renowned RADical Health program which teaches students the tools to advance their own mental health and wellness through connectivity, resilience, and engagement.

Position Duties
  • Attend a 2-hour training program
  • Set up a personal portal in preparation for the 4-week program
  • Adapt lesson plans and decide which activities from the training manual to use
  • Reach out to the 10-12 students assigned to you to welcome them to the program and explain expectations Book rooms and AV (where appropriate) for weekly sessions; if doing sessions through Zoom, send out Zoom invitations Facilitate 4 sessions in total, once a week for 1 hour and 15 minutes each
  • Report back to Program Administrator which students are officially attending the sessions
  • Complete post-session surveys weekly and encourage students in your group to do the same
  • Follow up with students each week to see if they need additional support, resources, etc., and refer them accordingly Provide ongoing feedback to Pace Administrator running the program
  • Attend debriefing with RADical Health at end of 4 weeks

Position Qualifications
Must be a fully matriculated Pace student on either the undergraduate or graduate level

Work Hours
Total of approximately 12-15 hours (including training, planning, follow-up, etc.)

Hourly Rate Range
Stipend of $500
