Alright, hold tight for just a second. I know, I know, your eyes are probably melting out of their sockets from reading through all these dang job ads. But here’s the deal, if you’re an aggressive go-getter that wants to make $600-$1,000 a week, and then play hard on company outings after crushing your monthly goals, then listen up.

(Especially if you like Buffalo Wild Wings, boating, or backpacking, or even Minecraft… cause we’ve done all of that).

Now keep reading if you want to know more. First, I’d like to at least make sure we’re going to get along. Here’s the deal, I need someone who’s:

A problem solver. If you’re good at being an autonomous, creative person that can consistently take care of problems fast, you’re the person we’re looking for.

An “Honest Joe”. I need salt-of-the-earth people for my company. Seriously, I don’t hire liars or “know-it-alls”. But if you’re an honest, humble person who’s ready to learn, you’re golden.

A aggressive, “type-A”, hard worker: Listen, we like working hard so we can play hard. But if you’re one to “sandbag your hours” and make TikTok videos on the clock, we won’t like you. But if you are a go-getter, I’ll personally make sure you’re rewarded with higher pay on our groundbreaking performance pay model.

Now starting out you’ll be in charge of:

• Helping install new gutters, repairing old gutters, and installing gutter guards. If you don’t have any experience doing this, we’ll teach you.
• Showing up to work ON-TIME and in your uniform (our presentation and ability to show up on-time is everything).
• Helping us clean up the trucks and shop at the end of the week.

• Pay higher than any other gutter installation company. We pay on a performance based model, which means if you complete more jobs, you’ll make more money. Plus, you’ll keep 100% of your tips and get commissions for upsells.
• The chance to join us on company outings every month that we smash our goals. Even though we’re on a mission to change this industry, that doesn’t mean we can’t have some fun. But seriously, in the past we’ve done everything from camping to UFC fights to boating.
• A company vehicle that’s all yours during the workday. Just don’t wreck it and keep it clean and you can listen to whatever music you like.
