The Buyer Account Manager (BAM) will be responsible for managing positive relationships with our agents & clients and getting properties from agreement to closing. The BAM will serve agents & clients throughout the agreement and closing processes. The position is perfect for a licensed agent that has realized they prefer the backend or support side of real estate more so than the selling or an experienced operations individual for another real estate team looking for a growth opportunity. This could include those currently or recently working as a Transaction Coordinator/Manager, a Closing Coordinator/Manager, an Executive Assistant, or a Listing Manager/Coordinator. Exceeding our clients’ expectations and ensuring the contract-to-close process is on track for compliance are central to this position’s success. Additionally, the position will support broader initiatives and programs of the company as necessary/assigned.

The ideal candidate will be well-organized, service-minded with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail. The individual is accountable, patient, prudent, dedicated, and communicative. The individual will be providing fiduciary service to all clients from agreement to closing. This individual will be interacting with agents & clients throughout a time-sensitive process. This position requires strong time-management skills, as well as staying task-focused in order to complete multiple projects. An individual with project management experience that was heavy on customer service would excel in this role. The role has the opportunity to evolve into a Director-level role based on performance.

Compensation:

$45,000 - $60,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of buyer transactions from preparing a Buyer Brokerage Agreement to an on-time closing
  • Becoming cross-trained in Listing Management and Closing
  • Deliver “The Promise” at all times, ensuring our agents & clients couldn’t imagine their experience being any better
  • Prepare, track, and report on active buyers in the pipeline
  • Coordinate title, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes
  • Coordinate inspections, communicate with agents during their negotiations about repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients; building a strong rapport with clients; excellent communication with clients, keeping them well-informed and cared-for throughout the process
  • Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, title officers, lenders, etc.
  • Faithfully use and improve team systems and embrace team expectations
  • Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance
  • Coordinate moving/possession schedules
  • Schedule and coordinate the closing process
  • Ensure all contact information is correct in the client database system
  • Assist in answering office phones and routing inbound calls
  • Provide stellar customer care to all clients
  • Customer service calls to assist with any home sale-related vendor recommendations and to ask for reviews & referrals
  • Oversee any leveraged processes or tasks as it relates to the job function
  • Provide positive energy, solutions, and client satisfaction around contract or closing hurdles
  • Assist in preparing contracts & managing lead opportunities
  • Ensuring all compliance guidelines are met for each file

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Track record of success working in a fast-paced environment required
  • Project management experience
  • Technically savvy
  • Active real estate license with at least 6 months of experience on the residential RE sales or support side preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Familiar with or willing to learn the following technology systems: Google Suite, Social Media Platforms, FMLS, MLS, Follow Up Boss, Command (KW), CTE, Open to Close (OTC), etc.
