We are a high-performance Real Estate team on the lookout for a full-time, motivated Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist! You’ll build rapport, hunt motivation, crunch numbers, and close deals with motivated homeowners, while our team ensures each transaction is smooth and successful.

This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our Acquisitions team needs to perform at their best.

The ideal candidate is persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to provide outstanding service to clients. Additionally, the successful Acquisition Specialist will work with the designated CRM to update and manage the sales pipeline and its growth for the company.

**Beginning salary is $3000/mo and ¼ commission for first 3 months. After 90 days, $1000 salary/mo and full commission -with potential monthly earnings of $8000-$10,000 a month.


Responsibilities

  • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed

  • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information

  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on

  • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition

  • Phone-Based Selling - You are on the phone the majority of the day talking with potential sellers


Qualifications

  • Track record of sales success

  • Timeshare sales experience is highly preferred

  • Tech-savvy

  • Real Estate License - need to be willing to obtain

  • Must be driven and passionate about real estate and goal-oriented

  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments

  • Travel required on a daily basis - within 1 hour


Compensation


$100,000 - $125,000 Expected Earnings
