Real Estate Associate - Contracts and Pricing - US Remote

What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will be responsible for reviewing leased, subleased, and owned property documents, as well as compiling and maintaining critical location data, including financial and contractual obligations. Review all aspects of the lease agreement process.

Responsibilities

• Review, abstract, and perform quality control data audits of lease documents, including updating and maintaining all lease information and data in applicable lease administration systems, as required
• Review client invoices in conjunction with lease requirements, collect proper supporting back-up documentation from landlords/billing authorities, and validate all calculations are correct
• Process monthly rents and additional billings for leased locations in a timely manner and identify/explain monthly variances
• Manage the subtenant processes, including the sending out monthly invoices
• Review and conduct desktop audits of Year-End Common Area Maintenance (CAM), Insurance, and Real Estate Tax reconciliations. Analyze all charges for accuracy, in accordance with lease documents. Responsible for dispute resolution with Landlord for any identified discrepancies
• Provide estimated annual worldwide real estate expenses to several financial groups within Amgen. Update expenses as needed. Provide other requested reports

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Or

Associate’s degree and 4 years of Real Estate Contracts and Pricing experience

Or

High school diploma / GED and 6 years of Real Estate Contracts and Pricing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Manage multiple projects/priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Assist or supervise special projects as requested by client(s) or management.
• Exercise good judgement in responding to leased and owned property inquiries from client(s) and/or landlords.
• Experience in the contracting process
• Ability to interact with and influence partners
• Ability to take initiative and work within an autonomous environment

This position will be paid on an hourly basis. The annualized base pay range for this opportunity in the U.S. is $62,033 - $76,904.
