The receptionist is the first Dawn Meats representative that our customers, clients & colleagues will engage with when entering our Office therefore they must be courteous and focused on providing consistently high standard of customer service & interaction.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the office;
- Issuing security badges and ensuring that all necessary visit paperwork is completed;
- Answering all incoming calls in a welcoming professional manner on a busy switchboard, taking messages if necessary and e-mail relevant individuals without delay;
- Providing back up telephone cover for all other sites when required;
- Coordinate all reservations of meeting rooms using computerised booking system including catering/equipment requirements;
- Ordering of catering supplies, cleaning supplies, stationery etc;
- Sort, distribute and coordinate all incoming & outgoing post and couriers;
- Receive, sort & distribute all emails ¿ Assist with travel arrangements for group & site employees - including flights, trains, car hire etc;
- Provide administration support to various departments.
Skills/Experience:
- Advanced PC skills including Word ¿ Excellent communication skills;
- Prioritising work using time management and organisational skills;
- Good administration skills with ability to work both as part of a team and unsupervised on day-to-day duties and tasks;
- Punctual / flexible.
