Job description

The Receptionist is primarily responsible for answering incoming calls and greeting guests in a courteous and professional manner. The successful candidate will possess excellent judgment skills, and should be a conscientious, organized and detail-oriented individual. This position requires the ability to maintain a high level of organization and efficientcy, which includes keeping files and projects accurate and updated. The Receptionist is required to work well under pressure and prioritize effectively while multi-tasking during periods of high activity. A strong work ethic, the ability to work well with others, and experience in the business world are all preferred qualities.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and answer inquiries.
• Take phone messages.
• Schedule appointments.
• Organize office supplies and keep files in order.
• Handle mail and packages.
• Make photocopies, faxes, and scans.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
