Responsibilities

  • Operate telephone and internal system for phone calls
  • Greet guests and coordinate getting them assistance
  • Communicate professionally, friendly, and efficiently to customers to ensure minimal wait/hold time
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist managers with miscellaneous clerical duties as needed
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and integrity and connect complaining customer to appropriate team members for further communication

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and organization
  • Warm, professional, and inviting demeanor as well as professional appearance
  • Able to work Monday through Friday and some Saturdays.
