ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Answers calls on a multi-line telephone system and maintains the telecommunication system.
• Greets visitors.
• Coordinates and maintains visitor welcome board.
• Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with company procedures.
• Assists with various clerical duties, i.e. conference room scheduling, mail room sorting
• Supports other departments with special projects, i.e. SMILE data entry, etc.
• Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred
