We are seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist

Communication, and customer service skills, are willing to learn and grow, dynamic and collaborative.

About The Position

  • Greet visitors and project a positive Company presence
  • Maintain a professional reception area
  • Answer and screen a heavy traffic of incoming calls
  • Manage e-mail inquiries
  • Provide quoting, order processing and other related customer service support to teams
  • Scan documents into document management system
  • Enter data from source documents into computer

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on professionalism
  • Able to maintain Company confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve
  • Familiar with the use of office programs such as Excel, Word, imaging systems and quoting software
  • Dependable and ability to stay on task with minimum supervision

Monday - Friday 6:00am to 3pm (1 Hour lunch)

Dallas Area.
