Receptionist/Customer Service Representative
Job description
We are a family owned and operated paver manufacturing company in Largo, FL. We are looking for a part-time office administrator to work in our store front office, this is a factory type atmosphere. Casual dress code. There is potential to become full-time. Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Sales: Assist with walk-in customer sales, make outbound phone sales updating excel spreadsheet & send updated EOD sheet to manager
- Customer Service/answering phones: Positively assisting customers in person and over the phone. Speaking to current customers, new customers and vendors in a friendly/professional manner. Ensuring all calls answered by the second ring, checking voicemails throughout the day & returning any calls. Handling customer issues with professionalism and resolution.
- Logistics: working with outsourcing delivery companies & setting up delivery of our products in/out of state, ensuring this is completed in a thorough manner. Setting up pick up at our facility.
- Supply Chain: Morning-Daily walk around with checklist of the factory & confirming whether we have all supplies needed for production, if supplies are low calling vendors to place orders for them
- Accounts Payable: Paying invoices owed/approved by managers to vendors and documenting all payments. Collecting payments on our invoices & monitoring on EOD sheet.
- Data entry: Ensuring all orders, payments, pickups, deliveries are well documented using various methods
- Maintaining a clean environment: taking out the trash, organized work space & stocking/supplying the restroom when necessary
Previous experience in the following is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate:
- Quickbooks
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Social Media experience
This position is from 7:30AM until 4PM, 3 days per week (25 hours/week) Monday-Friday. Days can change week to week. Potential to become full time.

Pay: From $13.50 per hour

Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
