POSITION SUMMARY:

• Professionally and courteously greet all individuals who come into our hospital or who call inquiring about accessing services at our facility.
• Take a proactive role in resolving any patient/customer service concerns; diffuse stressful situations.
• Assist patients in completing paperwork, as needed.
• Maintain an accurate record of patients seen each day, visitation logs, etc.
• Adhere to protocols in accordance with HIPAA regulation requirements.
  
  QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of general office machines, including computers and Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem solving skills.
