Receptionist Position in Busy Downtown Lowell Law Firm

Busy Merrimack Valley law firm, located in Historic Downtown Lowell, is seeking a receptionist/legal assistant, to start immediately.

Posted salary range is an estimate only, and is for a full-time position, but hours and total weekly hours are flexible.

The ideal candidate will be organized and detail-oriented, be dependable and professional, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a client-facing position.

Responsibilities will include, answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates and paralegals, greeting clients and visitors to the firm, scheduling appointments, maintaining the electronic office calendar, retaining court reporters and mediators, inventorying and ordering/stocking general office supplies, entering timesheets on the Clio program, and performing general administrative support and clerical activities.

Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Clio is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
