Position Summary
The primary focus of the Bank Reconciliation Associate is to ensure all system and cash reconciliations are performed accurately and timely. Additional responsibilities include updates and data maintenance of various servicing applications. The position will be located in Lower Gwynedd, PA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform daily custodial account cash reconciliations.
- Perform daily system book activity reconciliations.
- Reconcile operating and controlled disbursement accounts.
- Determine balance transfers required for portfolio transfers.
- Review custodial account cash reconciliations for aged items and follow up with appropriate department for resolution.
- QC review of various Cash Management processes, as needed.

- Establish and monitor policies and procedures
- Initiative in identifying, designing and implementing process improvements in day to day duties
- Analytical skills; comprehend complex loan documents and related loan documents
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in and support a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills are mandatory
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years related work experience.
