We are a rapidly growing team with steel strong core values, looking for a Recruiter to join our family. The Recruiter will report to the HR Manager.
POSITION SUMMARY:
At Harts Services, the Recruiter position is responsible for the entire recruiting, hiring, & onboarding process, including working with hiring managers to determine job requirements, entering requisitions in our ATS system, sourcing candidates, screening, conducting interviews, and negotiating and closing offers.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process including requisition posting and sourcing candidates
- Gathers hiring requirements from managers; modifies or develops job descriptions, job postings, and interview questions to assist in selecting the best candidate
- Creates job postings for applicant tracking system (Paycom), Harts Services website, and other recruiting websites
- Coordinates full cycle recruitment process (screening through on-boarding) in collaboration with the hiring manager
- Schedule interviews for hiring managers
- Act as Brand Ambassador using creative and strategic methods to attract talent
- Manage candidate expectations, provide timely feedback and ensure that candidates have a positive experience
- Guide the interview process. Provide hiring managers with interview guides and training to ensure current interview best practices
- Continually look for new trends in the recruiting industry that will assist in finding and attracting top talent
- Manage the plumbing license process including changes to the requirements, scheduling continuing education/training, tracking, and submissions
- Planning, and participate in internal and external recruiting events
- Develops creative sourcing strategies to generate a high-quality, diverse candidate pool.
- Assist with the creation and review of all recruitment collateral materials such as post cards, flyers, brochures, etc.
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential candidates
- All other HR/Recruiting duties as assigned
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES:
- 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
- Prior experience in an ATS as well as an HRIS system (Paycom a plus!)
- Demonstrates innovation, flexibility, and creativity in recruiting efforts
- Successful track record of designing and executing sourcing strategies
- Experience maintaining a strong pipeline of high potential candidates
- Ability to multi-task and manage your workload in a rapidly changing environment
- Possess strong skills in judgment, reasoning ability, and root-cause problem-solving
- Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organization skills
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidential information
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
