Join the team as part of the Recruiting Department.
Amego Inc., is searching for a Recruiting Coordinator based out of our Attleboro office.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing Candidates
- Screening Applicants
- Phone Interviews/Initial interviews
- Scheduling Interviews directly with programming where required.
- Offering positions
Other job duties include:
- Launching and following up with candidate onboarding
- Finding appropriate vacant schedules for applicants/candidates
- Attend job fairs as needed/on rotation.
- Work collaboratively with programming and other divisions within the agency to ensure adequate staffing throughout.
- Assign new hires to corresponding orientation and training class.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
