Job description
We are looking for a dedicated recruitment coordinator to attract and hire new employees for our company. The recruitment coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the hiring process.

A successful recruitment coordinator should be well-versed in the recruitment process as well as relevant employment legislation. You should further be organized and have excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Interacting with recruiting team heads to identify job openings and prepare job descriptions and requirements.
  • Use a multi-channel approach to recruit. Source passive candidates.
  • Scheduling and conducting interviews.
  • Participating in recruitment events, such as career fairs, preparing information packets, and gathering information from suitable candidates.
  • Provide pre-onboarding training for safety, harassment prevention, and setting the expectation on the job.
  • Interacting with on-site manager and team lead to support employee relations, communication, and collecting documents required.
  • Adhere to personal data privacy regulations, laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Flexibility and openness to work pre-planned overtime to hit the team hiring goal.
Qualification:
  • Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements.
  • High school or equivalent diploma and above.
  • Experience in and knowledge of the recruitment process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR resources and tools.
  • Computer skills required (office, spreadsheet, HR information system).
  • English and Spanish bilinguals are preferred.
