Position Summary:
The Provider, Talent Acquisition Coordinator performs administrative tasks for the Provider Recruitment Program.

Essential Functions of the Job:
  • Partners with the Provider, TA Partner on all aspects of full, life-cycle recruiting for Licensed Medical Professionals (Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Psychiatrists and Psychologists)
  • Assists with scheduling interviews and site tours with candidates and Medical Leadership
  • Keeps identified candidates and hiring teams abreast of updates and/or barriers to onboarding
  • Emails HR, Credentialing and IT Team members notification of new hires to initiate pre hire activities
  • Schedules and facilitates New Provider Onboarding onsite at Precision Park
  • Processes Provider Reimbursement check requests for moving expenses and clinic tours
  • Assists in creating program literature and advertising materials
  • Prepares for meetings, agendas and keeps meeting minutes
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ability to develop immediate rapport with candidates on the phone and in person at conferences and career fairs
  • Adept at working fluidly with a diverse, highly educated population
  • Displays a mastery of Social Media to establish a wide network of providers to generate an ongoing pipeline of qualified Medical Professionals
  • Maintains established departmental policies and procedures and objectives,
  • Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in-service meetings and workshops
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements: Education Required (Minimum level of education):
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Experience Required (Minimum level of experience):
  • Two years experience in a fast paced, medical office or administrative support setting
Verbal and Written Skills Required to Perform the Job:
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical Knowledge and Skills Required to Perform the Job:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other applicable software applications
Equipment Used (Computers, phones, vehicles, copy machines and fax machines etc.):
  • Personal computer, telephone, copier, and other office equipment
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements :
  • Physical activities include prolonged periods of sitting, frequent standing and walking. Must be able to attend events in the community and meetings in San Diego County.
Universal Requirements:
  • Pre-employment requirements include I-9, physical, positive background and reference check results, complete application, new hire orientation, pre-employment PPDs. Compliance with all mandated vaccinations and all boosters is a term and condition of employment.
