This is a new position. The position will be a regional role. Current region is made up of our Englewood, Venice, St Pete, Pinellas Park, Clearwater, Dunedin, Largo, Lakeland, and New Port Richey communities. While this position will mostly work from a set community in Pinellas County, there will be times when travel is necessary especially when we are onboarding a new hiring manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to work alone and with a team. This position does require some travel during the day. Candidate must be extremely organized, have strong computer knowledge, enjoy interviewing and training, and must love to have fun!
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Reviewing authorized hours each week for all communities within the region and will set up scheduling requirements in OnShift system; companies work management system.
Review the staffing schedules each week for all communities to ensure that the management teams are scheduling based on authorized hours.
Create daily staffing reports and submit weekly reports to regional and community management teams.
Determine staffing shortfalls and create ads for job vacancies.
Daily monitoring of Indeed to ensure that we are immediately responding to candidates and scheduling interviews for the managers at the communities.
Assist the EDs at the communities with hiring, training, and onboarding new employees.
Train new managers on our work management systems and authorized hours.
Other operational audits as assigned by regional managers.
Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or equivalent. Administrative, supervisory, computer and bookkeeping experience required, healthcare, payroll and human resources experience preferred.

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
