Recruitment Consultant’s required for Our Hospitality Division based in Dublin

You must have the ability to deliver an excellent level of service within a fast paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Client account management

· Business development

· Drive to consistently deliver outstanding service levels to clients & candidates

· Carrying out induction with temporary candidates

· Assessing candidates suitability for potential roles

· Compliance

· Booking candidates into available positions

· Contacting all existing customers on a daily basis

· Basic payroll preparation for accounts department

Skills Required

· Agency temp recruitment experience is an advantage however, a strong sales ability is required

· Strong customer service / account management experience

· Strong organization skills

· Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills

· Attention to detail

· Excellent time management skills

· Ability to multi task

· Positive, upbeat, outgoing personality

· Strong administration skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €27,000.00-€30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Recruitment: 1 year (preferred)
