Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Division: Perm Team Ireland

Start Date: Immediate Start

Location(s): Flexible – preferably in South or West of Ireland

Reporting To: Permanent Healthcare Manager

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

The Permanent Healthcare Team are looking to expand their team to include an additional Recruitment Consultant.

The Consultant will be responsible for recruitment across all non HSE tender business within Ireland. They will be responsible for cultivating existing client accounts as well as bringing on new clients.

The successful candidate will be supported by the current team in place including a Resourcer, Compliance Officer and Senior Recruitment Consultant. Ideally, we would aim for the consultant to manage the entirety of the country.

The successful candidate can be located anywhere across Ireland.

Essential Requirements

• Previous recruitment experience is essential
• Previous healthcare experience is desirable
• Good knowledge of social media for marketing purposes
• Approachable, dynamic and enthusiastic
• Excellent communication skills – including both written and verbal
• Confidence and ability to build, develop and maintain key relationships
• Excellent interpersonal skills to provide support for the Servisource team across all offices
• Ability to prioritise, organise and plan effectively
• Needs to have strong IT and presentation skills
• Ability to work to tight targets
• Must hold a full clean driving licence
