What you'll do
A day in the life of our Recruitment Coordinator … it demands high levels of energy in order to keep up. They need consistency even though the days are never alike; and creativity to tackle daily adventures. Listing all of the tasks that our Recruiter accomplish would be lengthy but the list below is essential to know.
- Our Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
- Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it. Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation employment terms
- Manage onboarding and new hire process
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
- This will include assistance with new hire onboarding, and addressing employee queries.
- Our Recruitment Coordinator participation in organizing careers days is essential to ensure our guests and team members receive nothing but the best experience.
- Sometimes our team members have special requests involving People & Cultures policies, benefits, and other P&C-related topics, our Recruitment Coordinator must be able to respond to any internal team member inquiries.
- Our hotels are truly luxury hotels. This requires preventing and correcting the imperfections and blemishes that tend to come up. Our Recruitment Coordinator is relied upon to report these and work with several other positions to correct.
- Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Our Recruitment Coordinator must communicate with other departments and extended hotel team in order to ensure the alignment remains.
The items shared are essential. However, to ensure consistency, our Recruitment Coordinator are provided with specifics on how we care for their department and our hotel.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, and hear. The employee frequently is required to walk and stand for up to 8 hours. Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, use hand, finger and wrist dexterity. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
