Join us as Recruitment Manager : you'll lead a highly effective, customer focused team, you'll design and drive talent attraction strategy for Three Ireland. Reporting to Head of People Services you will support in the design, development and implementation of an engaging, solution focused and proactive recruitment plans (short, medium and longer term) that respond to the needs of the business. The Recruitment Manager encourages a highly collaborative and relationship based approach, working closely with key stakeholders across the business to ensure a first class recruitment experience.

What else it involves

  • Lead the delivery of a full end to end recruitment & selection process that promotes positive brand reputation for Three.
  • Develop and deliver action plans and drive excellence in candidate experience providing thought leadership to the business on market trends and proposing creative and innovative solutions.
  • Manage and support the team in identifying, attracting, evaluating, and selecting diverse talent whilst creating and sustaining effective talent pipelines for roles across the business.
  • Bringing insights from the recruitment market and sourcing trends to drive direct hiring model through the effective use of recruitment solutions, including but not limited to online, job boards, social media channels, professional networks and event.
  • Partner with the marketing and PR & communications teams to drive Three employer brand strategy. Build and roll out talent attraction initiatives and marketing campaigns throughout the year.
  • Build and manage relationships with third party vendors and external partnerships that support the business in achieving talent attraction and recruitment objectives.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, People Business Partners, People Propositions and the People Development teams, building partnerships as a strategic talent advisor.
  • Identify skills gaps and partner with the business to bring solutions to meet these gaps and future proof their teams
  • Accountable for the delivery of individual and team SLAs and KPIs for specific business areas, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure that an end to end service is delivered.
  • Working with the business managers to continually evolve recruitment and selection approach including but not limited to competency based interviews, psychometric assessments and group assessments
  • Responsible for monitoring, reporting and driving the recruitment metrics and performance being proactive in analysing trends to identify and solve potential issues
  • Day to day management of an experienced team to deliver on recruitment objectives
  • Coach, mentor and guide the team enabling them to thrive and develop fulfilling careers.
  • Support and encourage individuals to focus and deliver on process improvement, leveraging the talent of the team to consistently look for new opportunities for the team.
  • Ensure a positive working atmosphere by living and breathing all of our company values and help embed them into the teams way of working.
  • Lead key projects and participate in other programs across the people team in order to delivery on the wider team priorities.

The skills we`re looking for

  • Previous direct people management experience and recruiting leadership required.
  • An effective leadership style to encourage a culture of empowerment, ownership and achievement.
  • Proven ability to drive programs, lead people through change and meet deliverables in a fast paced environment
  • Encourage cross-functional working and optimise talent and key attributes of all team members.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and stakeholder management skills with evidence at having influenced at a senior level within an organisation
  • Previous experience of working on talent attraction and employer branding solutions.
  • Strong evidence of recruitment expertise and direct sourcing at a professional level is essential.
  • Collaborative style and a good team player
  • Excellent organisation skills, ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
  • High level of personal resilience, able to remain highly effective and flexible in changing business circumstances
  • Strong customer focus and employee experience mind-set focussed on delivering in the business best interests
  • Expertise in assessment / selection tools and methodologies is desirable
  • Thrives on working in a team yet comfortable offering advice and guidance to others
  • Passionate about data and using insights to drive performance.
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting to management
