• Lots of processes within the HR department...
• Indeed posting, monitoring the effectiveness of these ads, modifying them, pausing, closing and restarting them as needed. This requires a sharp mind and keen analytical ability.
• SparkHire evaluation of applicants, pass vs. fail, invite to real-time interviews, set those interviews up, monitoring SparkHire settings and tweak intelligently
• Interviewing skillfully, note-taking, reference checking
• Onboarding & Offboarding
• Travel scheduling for employees
• Responding to employee emails

Requirements:

• MBA preferred
• Operations-minded and critical thinking a must; OCD-ness is highly sought-after
• SMART. High IQ, incisive logic, strong analytic ability, ability to learn fast, and crisp communication.
• Expert in using technology, specifically in using Google Workspace -- adroit with Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc, we use these all the time so you have to be good and fast with all.
• Attention to detail and tech-savviness par excellence
• Inquisitive mind... won't keep doing the same thing over and over without positive results; always continuously improve our processes
• Takes ownership of the important role that HR holds in an organization.

About PAD Specialists:

We are a rapidly growing chain of outpatient medical offices that specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD). We have multiple facilities throughout Texas -- Houston, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Pasadena, Beaumont, Victoria, Corpus Christi, Edinburg, Brownsville, Laredo, and Austin. Coming soon: El Paso, Dallas, Atlanta, and Little Rock. We emphasize the highest quality of patient care and customer service. Benefits include health and life insurance, 2 weeks PTO + paid federal holidays. These kick-in at 60 days. Mandatory drug screen and background checks. Hours are mostly Mon-Fri 8-5p, although there will be some early and late days. A weekend day here or there may be asked of you.
