Medical Essential Diagnostics is a provider of the annual diagnostic examinations for all first responders, state/city employees, teachers, and any frontline workers. We are headquartered in Princeton NJ and are looking for an HR Specialist who can help us bring the correct talent necessary for us to grow into an eventual nationwide company!

As an HR Specialist, this employee is responsible for overseeing daily staffing operations and offering assistance to staff in the performance of the duties as needed. In addition, the specialist provides location-wide administrative support.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage hiring and staffing needs by conducting interviews and resume screenings for applicants
• Collaborate and communicate with employees in regards to questions and inquiries
• Implementing contractual processes for reduction in force or Layoff/Recall of employees
• Coordinating work flow and procedures between Human Resources, Payroll, Employee benefits, and Budget/Bookkeeping
• Act as liaison between HR and other offices such as Marketing, Employee Relations, and Finance
• Assigning priorities and establishing deadlines

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelors degree
• At least 1 year in a Human Resources Support Role
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention details
• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
