About the Regional Account Executive
The role of a Regional Account Executive at Gifthealth involves being a specialized sales representative in the field. They are responsible for regularly visiting healthcare professionals within a specific geographic area, including physician offices, hospitals, pharmacies, and ambulatory care facilities. The main focus of a RegionalAccount Executive is to grow the Gifthealth platform prescriber base. The Regional Account Executive will work closely with sales operations to develop and improve growth strategies. They will have a primary focus on Gastroenterology and Surgeons. Specialty call points will evolve as Gifthealth expands areas of focus.
How You’ll Help Us Improve Healthcare
- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with provider offices.
- Schedule face-to-face meetings with prospects to present Gifthealth's products and services and provide customized solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within provider offices, including physicians, practice managers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Function independently while using various company-provided promotional resources, analytical tools, and resource personnel to maximize effectiveness in an assigned territory.
- Work with Regional Director to develop a local strategy and business plan with an in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed care information to generate recognizable sales increases in the territory.
- Collaborate with Gifthealth's internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in Gifthealth's CRM system, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and progress toward goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and leverage this knowledge to enhance Gifthealth's competitive position in the market.
- Track sales performance as it relates to training program effectiveness
- Contribute to the development and/or selection of training materials and identification and tracking of training needs of staff members
- Collaborate with team to promote sales excellence through various means, including metrics management, analyses of sales results, customer segmentation and targeting and coaching
