Regional Clinical Director - Responsibilities
- Directly oversee clinical operations at assigned communities within region
- Coordinate with Executive Directors to implement changes at community level as needed
- Guide assigned communities toward maintaining full state compliance with regulations and Zero Def Audits
- Oversees and manages Wellness Directors in assigned communities and makes sure care staff are trained
- Maintains integrity of charting and documentation required at each community - per state regs
Regional Clinical Director - Qualifications
- Licensed RN/LVN in good standing in State of Texas
- Bachelor' s Degree from a 4-Year University
- Must have 3-5 years of clinical leadership experience in senior living (Care Director or Administrator)
- Must be available to take a call during off hours and weekends in case of an emergency
- Must be available to travel to all Texas locations as well as Florida, South Carolina and Virginia as needed.
