Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 / year

Job Summary:
Reporting directly to the Sr. Vice President of Operations, the Regional Director of Operations (Environmental Services/Housekeeping) will provide both a challenge and satisfaction while allowing for continued career growth. As a key part of the regional leadership team, this position will provide the opportunity to perform a variety of duties to include planning objectives for the region and ensuring unit directors are in compliance with corporate, regional and financial goals. Additionally, this position manages the overall operation, growth and profitability of the region, as well as planning and advising environmental services operations within the business to support Key Performance Indicators and most meaningfully, Operational Excellence (OPEX). The RDO will have 10 hospital accounts (6 Director/System Director reports). Company vehicle lease or monthly car allowance included! Great benefits & bonus potential! Key Responsibilities:
- Provides operational and logistical support for assigned line of business.
- Participates in strategic planning meetings to develop objectives for the assigned region.
- Develops and maintains annual budget and forecasts for assigned region. Monitors financial reports of the region to ensure budgetary compliance with Regional and Company goals.
- Develops, recommends and implements policies and procedures of the region to ensure maximum income from existing accounts.
- Participates in the sales process for the acquisition of new business. Coordinates the development of proposals and contracts. Prepares and conducts presentations to prospective clients.
- Participates in client negotiations, and renegotiation of facility contracts. Coordinates documentation of contract changes.
- Responsible for fostering client relationships through the management and leadership of multiple operations.
- Visits units regularly to inspect unit operations to ensure contract compliance.
- Monitors customer, client and associate satisfaction surveys. Conducts audits, surveys, and assessments to ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Completes all daily, weekly or monthly reports as outlined in the corporate policy and procedures on a timely basis meeting all prescribed deadlines.
- Proficient with computers; to include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), Outlook, E-mail
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare, or Hospitality Management required; Master’s Degree preferred; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of eight (8) years progressive experience in multi-unit environmental services management in a healthcare setting required.
- Must be willing to travel heavily within region of coverage.
- Must have experience managing multi-million dollar volume accounts
