InBloom is seeking a Regional Director of Operations (RDO) for our Connecticut and Massachusetts service area! Currently, our Connecticut region consists of 5 learning centers in East Hartford North, East Hartford South, Hamden, New Britain, and Norwich. As well as, our Massachusetts region consists of 1 learning center in Woburn
. RDOs are responsible for the maintenance and growth of the region they oversee and must prioritize clinical integrity and optimal outcomes by engaging with staff, families we serve, and the community. The RDO works closely with their regional clinical counterpart as well as with key support personnel (Intake, HR, Recruiting, etc).

Duties:

  • Manage and direct regional operations for clinical centers, staff, and clients, working towards consistency with respect to policies, procedures and protocols.
  • Provide a leadership presence by visiting each center within the region on a regular basis, at least biweekly, and interacting with the staff to ensure the local oversight and management are meeting the needs of the RBTs and BCBAs.
  • Actively develop and manage Operations Managers and maintain operational oversight to ensure adherence to company policies and procedure holding the Operations Managers accountable to the tasks outlined in their job descriptions.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to administrative and clinical team members to ensure excellence in clients service, operational and financial results.
  • Build strong and productive partnerships with cross-functional department staff across the organization.
  • Make effective business and strategic decisions based on data analysis, organizational observations, and cost controls.
  • Actively manage the region's profit and loss and work to achieve budgeted growth and profitability.
  • Create a positive, ethical, and respectful work environment by promoting the company culture through its mission, vision, and values.
  • Ensure effective execution of operational standards, including compliance with established company policies, procedures, OSHA, and government regulations.
  • Identify opportunities within the region and create action plans to address operational gaps and/or deficiencies.
  • Provide timely reporting to senior management on the financial and operational performance of the region.
  • Other special projects or responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
This is what we need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field required
  • Must have minimum of seven (7) years multi-site management experience in healthcare, retail, or other fast-paced industry
  • ABA field experience preferred
