Location - Remote role with no travel involved.

Work hours - If working with West Coast accounts, must have ability to work M-F 9:30am-6:00pm. If East Coast accounts are the primary focus, work hours will be M-F 8:00am-5:00pm.

Be a part of the past-paced and growing non-acute sales team at Cardinal Health. This direct sales and service role is responsible for day-to-day activities like order resolution, placement, and account maintenance as well as prospecting and winning new business.

Accountabilities:

  • Increases account penetration, sales, revenue and customer satisfaction through cold calling and customer interactions.
  • Responsible for cultivating and maintaining on-going customer relationships with an assigned region
  • Provides new and existing customers with the best possible service and recommendations in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, improvements to internal and external processes, and other areas of opportunity.
  • Provides product service information to customers and identifies upselling opportunities to maintain and increase income streams from customer relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1-3 Year’s sales experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred

  • Receives general guidance may receive more detailed instruction on new projects
  • Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy
